Obituary for Philip "Rusty" Earl Clark, Jr.

Cumberland, MD – Philip “Rusty” Earl Clark, Jr., 51, of Cumberland, MD, went to be in Heaven with his mom and Jenny on Sunday, December 2, 2018. 

Born February 26, 1967, in Cumberland, MD, Rusty was the son of Philip Earl Clark, Sr., Cumberland, MD, and the late Glenda Jean (Jolin) Clark. A graduate of Fort Hill High School, Class of 1985, Rusty retired from AES Warrior Run. He attended Lake Gordon Assembly of God Church.  Rusty was a member of the Piney Mountain Sportsmen’s Club and the Warlocks.  He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.  Rusty also loved to ride his Harley, going 4-wheeling, and spending time outdoors.  He was loved by many. 

Besides his father, Rusty is survived by his sister: Cassie Clark and fiancé, Jimmy DeHaven; his beloved niece: Jasmine “Cheech” Clark; and his sons: Dylan, Devin, and Dalton Lee. He is also survived by his granddaughter: Lorretta Knippenberg; his best friends, Buddy, Danny, Joey, Angel, Cathy, and Frankie; as well as numerous adopted nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

A Celebration of Rusty’s Life will be conducted at the Second Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, Grand Avenue, on Saturday, December 8, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. All family and friends are welcome to attend. 

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
