I never could imagine how such a difficult time in my life could turn out so remarkable because of the professionalism, kindness and sincere warmth the Bates family received by the staff. No matter what was asked of the funeral home staff, I never heard, "NO". I was initially received by Randy with a stand in appointment; only thing he asked of me was that I be safe in my travels. It was the very first time I met him and he was compelled to take special care of me and my family. I am truly grateful as well as thankful for the quality of service that was given. Each staff paid attention to the smallest detail just to ensure the family would not have any additional stress. Although I had the complete worse experience with Sunset Memorial Cemetery, the Adams Family Funeral Home in Cumberland made me realize just how important it is to make sure that your clients/customers needs are always put first. So many businesses forget the golden rule and only focus on money and profit but what they fail to realize is that once you treat people right you will always be rich. I am so grateful that that is not the case at Adams Funeral Home. I sincerely thank each and every one of the staff at Adams Family Funeral home because I know that our family would not have made it through such a traumatic time without the tenderness and genuine care of the their staff.
